RELEASE PROGRAM Policy
A Release Program allows you to order upfront and release fresh made-to-order gifts on demand.
Payment
The program is paid for in full upfront. Release Programs incur a one-time $75 program management fee per Purchase Order, at the onset of the program. Fee includes inventory, scheduling, shipping management, and overall program customer service.
Minimum Order Quantity
32 units per program for canisters, gift boxes, and Chunky Mailers. A release can be as few as 1 unit.
Available Products
All of our products are available for release programs, except for our seasonal items. Seasonal items include: Mint Chip cookies, Yogurt Covered Pretzels, and Cherry Chocolate Nut Mix. Milk & Cookies gift boxes are not eligible for release programs.
Submitting a Release Request
Each time you have one or more names and addresses, simply fill out our drop ship template spreadsheet and send to orders@sofiascookies.com. Click here to download our drop ship template. Please include your PO number in the subject line.
Production Time
3-5 business days once art is approved on orders under 500 units. If applicable: drop ship list and kitting items must also be received by the Sofia’s team before the order can ship. Orders may ship early if possible, do let us know if that is a concern.
Storage Fees for Kitting Items
For any Kitting Release programs, storage fees will apply to kitting items held longer than one month. We have bin ($10/month), shelf ($20/month), and pallet ($40/month) storage options available. Once all kitting items are received, we can confirm which storage option will fit your items.
Program Duration
The duration of a release program can vary to suit your needs. Please note, however, that if the program extends beyond one year, we will connect with you to review remaining inventory, discuss next steps for fulfillment, or provide an updated quote for continued service based on current pricing.
Design Change Fee
Any design/artwork changes to an order after it has begun releases will incur a Design Change Fee of $150. Examples of changes include, but are not limited to: Adding/removing personalization, altering elements of the approved artwork, providing new artwork, etc. If you choose to move forward with the Fee, you will be invoiced and provided new proofs for approval.
Custom Snack Bags
Our Custom Snack Bags are eligible for the Release Program, however, you must release a minimum of 50 units per request. MOQ for Custom Snack Bags is 250 units.
Cancellation
All sales are final at the time of acknowledgement of sale and cannot be cancelled without payment. Release Programs are non-cancellable; programs not completed or fulfilled will not be credited. Contact us for a bulk shipment if needed to fulfill program.
