Proofs & Virtuals

Please email orders@sofiascookies.com at any time for all POs, order artwork, status, tracking and customer service.
Proofs and design requests/edits are sent within 2 business days post receipt of order or request (i.e. virtuals or spec samples).

Invoicing

Purchase orders received by the Sofia’s Orders team will be confirmed via email within 1 business day. Invoices and pre-payment links will be sent following order confirmation. Once the invoice is sent, orders are non-refundable.

Standard Orders, up to 500 qty

  • Orders ship 5-7 business days once final proof is approved. Production time does not begin until all of the below items are received by Sofia’s:

    • Pre-payment

    • Shipper number & shipping method

    • Drop ship list (if applicable)

    • Kitting merchandise (if applicable)

  • Orders may ship early unless otherwise requested.

  • All kitting materials and drop ship lists are requested in hand no less than one week prior to desired ship date

Orders Over 500 qty

  • For all orders over 500 qty, Sofia’s Orders Department will confirm desired ship date upon receipt of order.

  • Sofia’s will confirm actual ship date once proof is approved and all of the below items are received by Sofia’s:

    • Pre-payment

    • Shipper number & shipping method

    • Drop ship list (if applicable)

    • Kitting merchandise (if applicable)

Release Orders

  • Release programs are invoiced in full upon receipt of order. Programs not completed or fulfilled will not be credited; contact us for a bulk shipment if needed.

  • Once proof is approved, release orders ship 3-5 business days post receipt of release request, and if applicable, approval of drop ship list.

  • Orders may ship early unless otherwise requested, or staggered based on birthday, anniversary, etc. as directed. Sofia’s cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date (like a birthday) once it leaves the Sofia’s warehouse.
