Current production time is running 6-10 business days from proof approval. Ship date to be confirmed once proof is approved. Sofia’s reserves the right to extend ship dates based on receipt of proof approval and final drop ship list, as well as receipt of all kitting materials in house (if applicable). See below for general timing guidelines on holiday shipments.

IMPORTANT: There is one fewer week between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, resulting in a shorter shipping window between winter holidays. Please take this into account when submitting orders.

Tracking to be sent no later than the day following shipment.

• Orders placed by Wednesday, November 19 can ship the week of December 1 (Please note: our office will be closed Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th)

• Orders placed by Wednesday, November 26 can ship the week of December 8

• Orders placed by Wednesday, December 3 can ship the week of December 15

• New Years: All orders placed after December 10 can ship the week of December 22 or the week of December 30 (Please note: our office will be closed December 24-26 and January 1-2)
